This morning my husband has tried a new recipe for bread, and since the oven was hot I baked these delicious little muffins.
Double chocolate: cocoa and chocolate chips in the dough to those greedy for my daughter and her friends:).
The recipe is my variation on the classic ones.
Ingredients: 180 gr sugar
200 grams of flour 50 g unsweetened cocoa
1 / 2 tablespoon baking
1 package of cream (I put that I had in my kitchen fridge)
1 / 2 glass of milk 2 eggs
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
chocolate chips to taste
1 / 2 tablespoon baking
Pour the liquid ingredients in a bowl and mix quickly.

Fill cups (I used the 5 cm and I got 23 muffins) 2 / 3 full with mixture and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
