Important lesson that we learn these days ... The rules serve only until they are comfortable or until they become a nuisance and, in these cases involved the exceptions! Not everyone, however, only for those select few who deserve it.
The question therefore should be: who decides which individuals have the system and for which the exception? Certainly not the people, since the last referendum the turnout was ridiculous and we all wait to say that they are no use (and therefore also expect them to reforming the forks), but even the judiciary: the too partisan Italian courts to decide all questions of justice.
While waiting for the next election results leave the Silent web response ... Meanwhile, once again, voters will go to the polls without understanding anything about the programs of the sides but, in return, will be knowledgeable on the procedures for the submission of lists ... we hope that the future for the area are also the delegates of the parties.
